Why do we use the data?

The following Privacy Policy establishes the terms in which we will treat the personal data in JOVÉ APPARATOS ELECTROMAGNÉTICOS, S.A .; this includes any personal data collected through our website, as well as any other data that we treat in the exercise of our business activities.

How long do we keep your data?

The data of possible clients that do not finish hiring any service, will be automatically eliminated after one year from the contact, as long as the possible client has not shown more interest in our services or products. In case of contracting any service, the data will be processed during the commercial relationship and, once concluded for the time necessary to respond to possible legal liabilities. In relation to labor data, these will be processed during the duration of said relationship and once completed, for the time necessary to respond for possible breaches in this area. In the event of conducting an interview for a job vacancy, your personal data will be archived for a period of one year, after which, if not selected, will be deleted from our systems.


Client data will be processed by JOVÉ APPARATOS ELECTROMAGNÉTICOS, S.A., as well as those related to workers, for the fulfillment of the contractual relationship.

We will only treat your data for promotional purposes if you have given us your specific consent for it. You will always have the option to revoke your consent to the processing of your data for these purposes.
